Creativity Unleashed.

Speculative Fiction,

Inspirational Presentations,

& Media Production.

Meet Joe! He enjoys almost anything creative—he’s dabbled in poetry, writing, art, painting, media, and woodworking—but if you ask him, he’ll tell you he’s hardly good at any of them. Right now, he’s focused on writing and publishing science fiction that explores the intersection of faith & science, technology & nature, and the overall human condition.  Joe loves watching T.V. comedies and reading science fiction.

He’s the science fiction editor for The Worlds Within and workshop facilitator for the Ohio Writers’ Association.

He grew up in Hicksville, Ohio as one of seven (!) kids, but now lives in Franklinton with his wife Allyssa and their son Finn. He is the lead pastor at Central City Church and Little Bottoms Free Store.

Today I’m continuing our series on Jesus’ emotions by looking at the despair be felt while praying the night before he was arrested. If you or someone you love have ever felt hard emotions, that pile on top of each other, then this sermon might be especially meaningful to you. Join us at 9:30am.
Started putting things back together. #remodel
Now we just wait for them to dry. They are nice, in their own right. Ultimate the variation is drastically different from the rest of my floors, so it’s not gonna be a perfect match. But hopefully with rugs and furniture, jt will feel complimentary to the space. (Shot with a wide angle lens, so the photo is funny)
Today has been a particularly difficult day for me. Not feeling great about life. BUT in-spite of that, I finished prepping our new hard wood floors and got them stained. This weekend we will put on the top coat and it will be done. Im expecting the topcoat to amber the floors so they will more closely match the original ones they butt up against.
Humbled to be a part of this conversation today. I have the honor to share a table with faith leaders, community organizers, and the asst chief of police.
Legit surprised (and the same time not) how good of tree climber Finn is. Of course, I spent most of my childhood climbing trees and building treehouses, so to see him move so freely in the tree hits different.
